The given process depicts how bricks are formed.

Overall, the entire procedure is completed in various steps. The machines required to produce bricks are a digger, a roller, a mould, a drying oven, a kiln and a cooling chamber. Other materials that are required are the clay, a metal grid, a mixture of sand and water, a wire cutter and some boxes for the final packaging.

Initially, a digger is used to dig some clay. This clay is then filtered with a metal grid and put on a roller. Then some hydrated sand is added to the clay. Now there are two ways to shape the bricks, one can either make the bricks by cutting the mixture with the help of a wire cutter or just by putting the mixture in a mould. The shape of the bricks will be cuboidal. Next, these rectangular bricks are put in a drying oven for a duration of 24 to 48 hours in which the mixture is dried.

After the bricks have been dried, they are initially kept in a kiln to bake at a moderate temperature of around 200 to 980 degrees celsius, then at a much higher temperature of about 870 t0 1300 degrees celsius. These baked bricks are then kept in a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours to cool. Finally, the bricks are packed and loaded in a truck for delivery.
