Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my interest in working at our company's head office in Chicago. It would be a great opportunity for me to enhance my skills and work according to global market scenarios.

It is not a hidden fact that there is cut-throat competition growing in the FMCG industry. Each brand is primarily focused on customer acquisition and being able to deliver to their preferences. Thus, I really wish to further enhance my marketing skills from an international perspective so that we can implement foreign standards in our advertisement campaigns. Furthermore, I would have the opportunity to attend the training sessions related to client dealing and branding which are held at their premises. Moreover, it will help me deal with global clients and pitch our product in a more productive manner which will result in a better conversion ratio.

In order to take care of my work during my absence, I have spoken to John who has agreed to take care of my duties and responsibilities wherever my physical presence is required and the rest of the work will be handled remotely by myself. In addition to this, I will be in constant touch with him to ensure my work is carried out smoothly and accurately. Also, I will be prompt on my emails and WhatsApp groups for effective communication. Upon my return, I will be doing extended shifts to compensate for the work or any important updates which I may have missed whilst I am away.

I would really appreciate it if you would extend your support in order to get the necessary approvals so that I can spend some time at the Chicago Office to further sharpen my skills and provide a helping hand towards the expansion of the organization. Apart from this, it would be great if I am allowed to utilize the company's guest house that will not only save my commuting time but will also reduce any additional expenses pertaining to my accommodation.
